IAHV, the International Association for Human Values, conducts service projects around the globe for populations and ecosystems needing relief from the aftermath of natural disasters, extreme poverty and the trauma of violent conflict. It is the sister organization to the Art of Living Foundation.
For Kid’s Sake provides financial support for orphanages and schools in Bangladesh, supplying many of the basic necessities for learning to over 2,000 students from surrounding communities as well as over 400 orphaned boys. This project has been organized and sustained by Dayemi Tariqat, a non-profit religious, educational and service organization.
Kids Against Hunger mobilizes volunteers of all ages, especially kids, in an effort to feed hungry children in the United States as well as in many other countries. Groups take on the task of packaging specially formulated food mixes that can be easily distributed and prepared. The packages are then shipped domestically and overseas to the communities with children who need them in order to help those children grow and become healthy and happy learners.
